PUBLIC NOTICE NH News, Views, and Blues DBA WNHN FM 94.7 REPORT of 2025 Pecuniary Benefit Transactions Required by NH RSA 7:19-a This legal notice by NH, News, Views, and Blues (NHNVB), a Concord New Hampshire 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, is to report two pecuniary benefit transactions (payments made from NHNVB to Board Members) exceeding $5,000 for 2024. These are: $9,600 to Board Member David McEwen, and $9,600 to Board Member Frederick Richards, Jr. for contracted technical services for station operations. Both Board Members are longtime volunteers and have the necessary skills and experience to provide these services. After due consideration, the Board (minus David and Frederick) voted unanimously to contract with them. This is because the contracts were by far the best options available, the compensation was below the market rate, and they were clearly in the best interest of NHNVB in achieving its mission. For questions or comments, mail to WNHN, 48 Airport Road, Suite 2, or call 603-228-0947, or email staff@wnhnfm.org Website: www.wnhnfm.org. March 14, 2026
