UNCLAIMED PROPERTY NOTICE The New Hampshire Historical Society requests that any person who may have knowledge of the whereabouts of the owner of a manuscript map of Dover, ME, described as "This Plan Represents Lot No.4 in the 12th Range containing 100 acres in the town of Dover, as run by Lemuel Perham in the year 1803, laid out by Solomon Adams into small lots near the Great Falls on the Piscataquis River for the use of John Merrick, Esq. & Petty Vaughn, Esq. December 12th 1823," provide written notice to the Society. If written assertion of the title is not presented by the owner to the Society within 90 days of 6/15/2026, the map shall be considered a donation and will become the property of the Society.
