PUBLIC NOTICE MERRIMACK COUNTY, NH Public Hearings Notice Community Development Block Grant Project The Merrimack County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 10:00am at the Merrimack County Administrative Offices, at the Merrimack County Offices, 163 North Main Street, Concord, NH. Community Development Block Grant funds are available to municipalities through the NH Community Development Finance Authority. Up to $750,000 annually is available on a competitive basis for public facility projects, up to $750,000 for housing projects, up to $500,000 for economic development projects, and up to $350,000 annually is available for emergency activities. Up to $25,000 is available per planning study. All projects must primarily benefit low-and moderate-income persons. The public hearing will update the public on, and take public comment on, the progress of the Fellowship Housing, Inc. Fire Escape Improvements project. Interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the project. Please contact the County Office at 603-796-6800 at least five (5) days in advance if you need assistance to attend or participate in the hearing.
