PUBLIC NOTICE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT DUBLIN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL, Dublin, NH INVITATION TO BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bid proposals are sought and requested for performance of a contract as follows: Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked, (SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT - DUBLIN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL, Bid Proposal # 01-13 ) on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to the Town of Dublin, Board of Selectmen, Town Hall, 1120 Main Street, Dublin, NH 03444, will be accepted until 4:00 pm, July 11, 2013 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at the Town Hall, 1120 Main Street, Dublin, NH 03444 on June 26, 2013. Bidders who do not attend the meeting will not be allowed to submit a bid. Bidders must be Pre-Qualified by the NHDOT before bid opening. This project consists of planned access improvements at the Dublin Consolidated School, located on N.H Route 101 in Dublin, NH. Work includes crosswalk landings across Route 101, approximately 300 linear feet of cement concrete sidewalk with vertical granite curb, minor pavement widening and approximately 140 linear feet of drylaid stone retaining walls as defined in the Bid Package Documents.
